Terms of service

These terms cover use of Nod, provided by Oliver Morrison. By installing the app you agree to them on behalf of your workspace.

The service

Nod lets members of a Slack workspace give each other recognition. We aim for it to be available all the time but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Your account

Whoever installs the app must be authorised to do so for the workspace. You are responsible for what your members post. Do not use the service to harass anyone.

Payment

After the free trial, use requires a subscription billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where the law requires.

Data

Your data is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy page. You can delete it at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
