Email hello@nod.example. You will get a reply from the person who builds Nod, usually within a working day.

Common fixes

• Nothing happens when someone posts a recognition. Nod only sees channels it has been invited to. Run /invite @Nod in the channel.
• The emoji isn't recognised. Check the emoji in settings matches what people are using. Custom emoji need the exact shortcode.
• The digest didn't arrive. It goes to the channel in settings, or to the installer by DM if none is set. Use the "send me a test digest" button to check.
• I can't sign in to the dashboard. Only workspace admins and owners can. Click Continue with Slack and choose the right workspace.

Delete your data

Admins can delete everything from the settings page. Or uninstall from Slack and we will delete it within 30 days. Or email us.
