Works where your team already is

Mention a colleague with your emoji, or react to their message. No new app to open.

Your emoji, your name

Tacos, flames, goats, your company logo. Call them whatever fits your culture.

A daily allowance, not a points economy

Everyone gets a few per day. Enough to notice good work, not enough to game.

One weekly digest

A single Friday summary in a channel of your choice. No notification noise.

Flat, predictable price

£19 a month for up to 50 people. No per-seat maths, no sales call, cancel in one click.

Nothing you don't need

No surveys, HRIS sync, gift cards or performance reviews. Just recognition.

Two minutes to install. One toggle to turn off the leaderboard.

Some teams want recognition without a ranking. Fine by us.

Questions

What does it need access to?
Nod reads messages only in channels you invite it to, so it can spot mentions with your emoji. It never stores ordinary messages. It can send DMs and read the member list to show names. Full list on the privacy page.
Does it post in the channel?
No. The original message is the recognition. The giver and receiver each get a private DM.
Can I turn off the leaderboard?
Yes. Some teams prefer recognition without a ranking. It's one toggle.
Who built this?
An independent developer in the UK. You'll get replies from a person, not a ticket queue.
